- 8 oz Dry Macaroni
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped White Onion
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 cups Bell Peppers (Red, Green & Yellow)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 8 oz Light Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 4 slices Light Cheese Slices
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (Optional)
Instructions
- Boil salted water. Cook macaroni until al dente. Reserve 125ml pasta water.
- Sauté garlic, onion, and bell peppers in butter.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned.
- Drain fat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheese slices until melted.
- Add macaroni and pasta water; mix.
Notes
- Keep heat low when adding cheese to prevent graininess.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
